Business Objects and Cognos business show strong growth for Versko
Late in 2007 Versko signed with Business Objects as a Gold Partner and invested in skills and knowledge to build a new business intelligence capability. Versko already had strong data ETL skills as DB2 experts and it seemed a logical step for the business to move closer to our customer needs in providing BI solutions built on our existing WebSphere and Lotus based technologies.
Winning of the V.Ships business to provide a global KPI dashboard in 2008 is just one example of key successes in this new area for Versko, and typical of mid-sized businesses requirements for timely, accurate and relevant information regarding company performance enabling executives to make better decisions across all areas of the business.
